Streaming content using Go apps
Eastlink TV customers can stream content through go apps such as STACKTV, TSN, Sportsnet, and more.
We have transitioned the login process for Go apps to use your Home Services My Account credentials. Please sign in using your Home Services My Account username and password.
Eastlink Stream How to Guides
To start streaming content, follow a few simple steps.
Go to (or download) your app of choice.
Find and click on Log in/Sign in.
Select Eastlink as your TV provider.
Log in using your Home Service My Account login. If you don’t currently have a My Account login, visit https://access.eastlink.ca/u/registration.
You’re now ready to start watching your favourite content.
Entertainment: A&E, Adult Swim, Citytv, Citytv Halifax, Showcase
Family & Kids: YTV
Lifestyle: Flavour Network, Home Network, National Geographic, Oxygen True Crime, Slice, W Network
Movies & Series: Crave, Starz
News & Information: BNN Bloomberg, CNN, CNN International, CP24, HLN
Sports: Big 10 Network, Sportsnet, Sportsnet 360, Sportsnet One, Sportsnet World, TSN
Channel availability varies based on your TV package.
First, make sure your device meets the go app’s system requirements. If it does and you’re using WiFi, you may need to troubleshoot your network. If you’re using mobile data, try connecting to your WiFi to see if the video quality improves.
Your login credentials are tied to your account number, and when you moved, we gave you a new account number. To continue streaming content, you’ll need to register for a new Home Services My Account login and password using your new account number and postal code.
