Eastlink TV customers can stream content through go apps such as Global, TSN, Sportsnet, and more.
We have transitioned the login process for Go apps to use your Home Services My Account credentials. Please sign in using your Home Services My Account username and password.
To start streaming content, follow a few simple steps.
Go to (or download) your app of choice.
Find and click on Log in/Sign in.
Select Eastlink as your TV provider.
Log in using your Home Service My Account login. Not registered? Get started here by entering your account number (found on the top right corner of your bill) and your postal code.
You’re now ready to start watching your favourite content.

Channel availability varies based on your TV package.
First, make sure your device meets the go app’s system requirements. If it does and you’re using WiFi, you may need to troubleshoot your network. If you’re using mobile data, try connecting to your WiFi to see if the video quality improves.
Your login credentials are tied to your account number, and when you moved, we gave you a new account number. To continue streaming content, you’ll need to register for a new Home Services My Account login and password using your new account number and postal code.

To reset your Home Services My Account password, please log into My Account and click on Username & Password (left hand menu) and follow the steps.
If using the Home Services My Account app, click on More to update Username & Password.
