It’s easy to make a one-time payment or set up or modify pre-authorized payments using Home Services My Account.
Log in to Home Services My Account with your username and password.
Select Pay Bill.
Select Make a one-time Credit Card payment.
Click Continue.
Select or enter the amount you want to pay.
Click Continue.
Read and accept the terms & conditions and click Proceed.
Enter your credit card information and click Next.
Click Authorize.
Log in to Home Services My Account with your username and password.
Select Billing.
Select Pre-Authorized Payment.
If your payment profile is already set up, select the applicable payment method. Select Use this card for pre-authorized payments and click Continue.
If your payment profile isn’t already set up, select Add Payment Method.
Read and accept the terms & conditions and click Proceed.
Enter your credit card or banking information and click Save.
Click Back to Billing.
Select the applicable payment method.
Select Use this card for pre-authorized payments and click Continue.
Log in to Home Services My Account with your username and password.
Select Billing from the menu.
Select Manage Payment Options.
Select Edit Payment Method for the payment method you'd like to update.
Update your payment method and read and accept the terms & conditions.
Click Save.
Log in to Home Services My Account with your username and password.
Select Billing from the menu.
Select Pre-Authorized Payment.
If your payment profile is already set up, select Use this card for pre-authorized payments and click Continue.
If your payment profile isn’t already set up, select Add Payment Method.
Read and accept the terms & conditions and click Proceed.
Enter your credit card or banking information and click Save.
Click Back to Billing.
Select the applicable payment method.
Select Make Pre-Authorized and click Continue.
Log in to Home Services My Account with your username and password.
Select Billing from the menu.
Select Pre-Authorized Payment.
In the top right corner, beside Pre-authorized Payment, toggle the switch off.
Click Continue.
Log in to Home Services My Account with your username and password.
Select Billing from the menu.
Select Pre-Authorized Payment.
In the top right corner, beside Pre-authorized Payment, toggle the switch on.
Click Continue.
Select the applicable Payment Method.
Select Use this card for pre-authorized payments.
Click Continue.
You can also pay your bill using our automated system, online or telephone banking, mailing a cheque or filling out our pre-authorized payment form. Please note that we aren’t able to accept bill payments in-store.
Call 1 888 345 1111 and say what you want to do, such as "set up pre-authorized payments" or “make a payment”, and follow the prompts. You will be asked to enter the 10-digit phone number associated with your home services account and a 4-digit PIN. If you don’t have a PIN on file, you can provide your date of birth.
Use "Eastlink" as the payee and enter your home services account number. If you need further assistance, contact your bank or credit union directly. Note that a service fee may apply.
Send a cheque to the address below. Remember to include your payment stub or your home services account number in the memo on the cheque.

We accept Canadian Visa & MasterCard payments, including credit, debit and prepaid cards. You can also use a US credit card to make a one-time payment or set up pre-authorized payment using our automated system. US credit cards can’t be used to pay your bill in Home Services My Account.
Your account number can be found on the top right corner of your home services bill.
If you made an incorrect online or telephone banking payment, contact your bank to submit a refund request to us. They need to fax the request to Customer Payment Services at 1-866-531-9456. Depending on the bank, it may take 3 to 10 business days for you to receive your refund.
