It's easy to set up your internet. Just follow the steps below or click here for a printable version.
Connect the cable from your cable outlet to the coax port on your modem. The coax port is easy to identify and is usually labelled as “Cable”, “Coax” or “RF In”.
Connect the power cord to your modem and plug it into an outlet.
If you’re an existing internet customer and you received your new modem in the mail, you’ll need to call Technical Support at 1-866-238-2390 to activate your modem.
Open the eero app and follow the on-screen instructions to set up your WiFi.
That’s it, you’re all set! If you need to add another eero to your network, here’s how to do it in the app:
Select the + icon on the top right of your screen.
Select Add or Replace eero Devices.
Select Add eero Device.
Follow the on-screen instructions.
Repeat these instructions until you’ve added all your eeros to your network.
