How to Return Your Equipment
If you've recently changed or cancelled your home services, you may need to return your internet and TV equipment. Don't worry, return shipping is free.
Before returning your equipment, please call us at 1-888-345-1111 to confirm that your services have been properly disconnected then follow the steps below:
Check whether your equipment needs to be returned: review the list below to see if your equipment is eligible for return. Equipment must be returned within 30 days to avoid additional charges. If your equipment is not listed, please take it to your local e-cycling depot for safe and secure disposal.
Pack your equipment: place all equipment in a box including any power cords and remotes. Ethernet and HDMI cables do not need to be returned.
Get your return label: select the province you're mailing from using the link below to receive a QR code by email or bring your Return ID Number and Return Authorization Number to any Canada Post location. Canada Post can print the free shipping label for you.
Drop off your package: take your boxed equipment to any Canada Post location and we'll take care of the shipping costs.
