The address of your new home, including the postal code
Your preferred disconnection and connection dates
Do I need to take my equipment with me when I move?
Internet & TV: Bring all your Eastlink equipment, including remotes and power cords, to your new home.
Home Phone: Leave your Eastlink equipment in your current home.
Can I self-install my internet and TV at my new home?
