Home Services My Account

Log in to Home Services My Account to manage your internet, TV and home phone. Upgrade or add to your services, swap channels with TV Channel Exchange, view your bill, make payments and set up pre-authorized payments.

How to register for My Account

Registering for Home Services My Account add close
  1. Above, under Home Services My Account, click Log In.
  2. Click Registration / Forgot Username / Forgot Password.
  3. Click I'd like to register for an online account.
  4. Enter your 16-digit account number and postal code. These can be found on your home services bill.
  5. Click Submit.
  6. Check your email for a message from Eastlink Customer Care.
  7. Click the link in the email to create your username and password.
  8. Click Submit.
Registering for Mobile My Account add close
  1. Above under Mobile My Account, click Log In.
  2. Click Register Now.
  3. Enter your mobile number and 10-digit account number. These can be found on your mobile bill.
  4. Click Send Verification Code.
  5. Check your email for a message from Eastlink Mobile. It’ll contain your verification code.
  6. Create your username and password and enter your verification code.
  7. Click Login Now.
